Studio Consultancy

Drawing on experience owning and running Pilates studios in central London, teaching independently from a home studio and working within other established studios, I offer practical guidance for studio owners at every stage of development.

Consultancy is tailored to the needs of your business and may include studio planning, equipment and layout, teacher development, programming and the practicalities of creating a high-quality Classical Pilates environment.

Every studio develops its own identity. My role is to help you build strong teaching foundations rooted in the Classical Pilates method while supporting the practical realities of running a successful studio.
