Booking Your Lesson

Contact me via my website to book your first lesson.

Purchasing Your Lesson

Lessons can be purchased via the link provided in confirmation emails / messages that you will receive from me in advance of your lesson.

Cancelling Your Lesson

Lessons can be cancelled via the link provided in confirmation emails / messages that you will receive from me.

Please be mindful of my time and cancel your lesson as early as possible. If you repeatedly cancel at short notice (less than 12hr in advance of your lesson), I’m sorry but I won’t be able to keep you on my schedule.

Refunds

Lessons are all booked on a pay-as-you go basis. Any lessons purchased but unused within 30 days will not be refunded.

GDPR

Any information you elect to give to me is held in accordance to the 2018 General Data Protection Regulations and includes information that you provide to sign up for and take lessons or communicate with me in any way, such as your name, physical address, email address, IP address, phone number, location and information about your health.

By disclosing this information you consent to it being collected.

Your information may only be shared with agencies and organisations (including the police and other law enforcement agencies) for the purpose of preventing and detecting fraud and criminal activity and for the assessment and collection of tax, insurers and insurance brokers and their advisers int he event a claim is made.

Reasonable and appropriate measures are in place to protect your information.
