Whether you're looking to train with a partner, friend or fellow Pilates student, duet lessons offer a supportive and enjoyable way to experience the Classical Pilates Method together.

Each 50-minute lesson is individually planned to meet the needs of both participants and includes work on the full range of Classical Pilates apparatus at Everybody Pilates in Windsor.

Duet lessons are best suited to participants of a similar ability, allowing each person to benefit from focused instruction while working together.

Duet Lesson Terms

• A duet lesson is confirmed only once both participants have purchased their lesson.

• Both participants must arrange a mutually convenient appointment.

• If one participant cancels with more than 24 hours' notice, both lessons may be rescheduled without charge.

• If one participant cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, their lesson will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

• Where one participant cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, the remaining participant may choose either:

  • to attend the lesson as a private lesson at the scheduled time; or

  • to transfer their lesson credit to a future duet lesson, provided it is used within the original 30-day validity period.
