Whether you're new to Classical Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, private lessons provide individual instruction tailored to your body and goals.

Each 50-minute lesson takes place at Everybody Pilates in Windsor and includes work on the full range of Classical Pilates apparatus.

Private Lesson Terms (In-Studio)

• Lessons are approximately 50 minutes in length.

• Payment is required in advance.

• Once your lesson has been purchased, please get in touch to arrange a convenient appointment.

• Lessons may be rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.

• Lessons are non-refundable.

• Purchased lessons must be used within 30 days of the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

• If I need to cancel your lesson, your lesson credit will be transferred to a new appointment at no additional cost.
